All of our properties have central A/C with ceiling fans provided in living areas. Kitchens are fully equipped including dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, self cleaning oven, microwave, automatic coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, portable mixer, pots, pans, utensils, dishes and silverware. All houses have their own washer and dryer for laundry. High speed internet and two Roku TV’s are provided and each home has their own private deck with outdoor seating. Never worry about losing your keys at the beach as all properties have been updated with new smart locks.

Bath towels and hand towels are provided for all guests. All you need to bring are your beach towels!
Household Items
Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, coffee filters, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent are all included with your stay.
Grill
A Weber gas grill is provided for all guests to use on a shared private patio with a table and enough seating for you and your family and friends!
Beach Wagons
Take one of our large wagons with beach chairs and toys and plenty of room for all of your other beach essentials down to Silver Beach!
